Overview

Your dashboard is a chat-first home that puts Alex (your in-app assistant) at the centre. From here you can ask Alex to do things, work through your setup checklist, and jump straight to recent calls.

Greeting and chat

The dashboard opens with a personalised greeting and a chat composer. Type what you want to do — for example, “create a new agent for after-hours support” or “show me last week’s calls” — and Alex helps you get there.

Setup checklist

A dropdown checklist tracks the essentials for getting your account live. It auto-completes as you finish each step:

Test your agentAt least one call (any source) has been made
Connect a phone numberA number is assigned to one of your agents
Import your contactsAt least one contact has been uploaded (hidden on inbound-only plans)
The number of completed steps shows in the dropdown header so you always know what’s left.

Trial banner

If you’re on the 7-day free trial, a banner shows your trial status and end date. Click through to upgrade at any point during the trial.

Recent activity

The activity section lists your most recent calls so you can quickly review what’s been happening. Each row shows:
  • Call source (inbound, outbound, or web)
  • Outcome
  • Duration
  • When it happened
Click any row to open the full call record with transcript and recording.

Suggested campaigns

If your plan includes outbound campaigns and you have contacts uploaded, the dashboard surfaces suggested campaigns you can launch in one click — pulled from your existing contact lists and agent configuration.
