Once your plan's included minutes are used, additional usage is deducted from your prepaid wallet at these rates:

How wallet billing works: top up your wallet with credits, plan minutes are consumed first, then wallet credits cover any overage automatically.

    Free is a permanent plan: one agent you can build and talk to in the browser, with no card and no time limit, but no phone number or telephony minutes. Professional adds a dedicated phone number and 250 monthly minutes, and starts with a 7-day free trial (100 minutes) so you can place real calls before you subscribe.

    Additional minutes are billed by the minute, about \$0.05/min on average (it varies by call), deducted automatically from your prepaid wallet balance.

    Concurrency is how many calls your AI can handle at the same time. Professional includes 5 slots; Real Estate includes 10. Add more at \$15/slot/month if you need them.

    Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees on Professional. Enterprise contracts are negotiated per customer.

    Add credits to your wallet and usage is deducted automatically. Your plan's included minutes are used first, then wallet credits cover any overages.

    Yes. Pay annually on Professional or Real Estate to save vs. monthly billing. Enterprise offers custom annual terms.
