# Integrations

> Connect SmartAlex with your existing tools, calendar, email, payments, bookings, and AI assistants

## Overview

SmartAlex connects to your existing stack so your AI agents can take real actions during calls, book appointments, send emails, take payments, and update systems. You manage them from the **Connections** panel in your workspace.

## Built-in integrations

## Power Tools add-on

The **Power Tools** add-on (\$29/month) unlocks transactional integrations your agent can call mid-conversation:

| **Yoco**              | Take card payments live during a call                                          |
| **Nightsbridge**      | Hospitality bookings and availability                                          |
| **Custom iCal**       | Read and write iCal-compatible calendars                                       |
| **Custom HTTP tools** | Wire your agent to any HTTP endpoint with request templates and authentication |

Configure these from the **Connections** panel once Power Tools is enabled on your plan.

## CRMs and other tools

For tools that aren't built in (HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Pipedrive, Zoho, and so on):

* **MCP server**, connect through Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client for conversational management. See [MCP overview](/mcp/overview).
* **Custom HTTP Tools** (Power Tools add-on), wire your agent to your own backend endpoints mid-call for routing, lookups, or availability checks. See [HTTP Tools overview](/guides/http-tools/overview).

A public REST API surface is on the roadmap; until then, [contact support](mailto:support@getsmartalex.com) if you need direct HTTP access for sync workflows.
